Why to Donate to The Baby Fold

November 2, 2012

By Courtney Leddell

A not-for-profit organization, The Baby Fold was established in 1902 in Normal, Illinois, and it serves from 1,000 to 3,000 children and families each year. Dedicated to improving lives, it endeavors to build healthy, loving, and safe environments by offering a range of services, including adoption services, residential care, foster care, and special education. By making a contribution, donors help to fund these and other important services.

To donate to The Baby Fold, visit www.thebabyfold.org and follow the link that says “How Can I Help Children?” A list of the organization’s current needs will be displayed. For example, each school year The Baby Fold aims to provide its residents and children with basic school supplies, a small amount of new clothes, and a new backpack. Donations can be made online using a credit card or PayPal.
